Kate goes with us to Snowbird

While Mom and Dad were out of town, Kate went to a really fun kennel (like, she watched the Animal Channel all day), but it's much more fun to go on trips, so we brought Kate to Snowbird. Here she is waiting with Janene for the tram.

I told her this was going to be a pretty strenuous little climb, so she better get good drink. You have to be hydrated if you are going to climb a mountain.

Decisions - Decisions. Hiking or Biking..... she just couldn't decide.

Once on top of Hidden Peak she was happy as she could be.... SQUIRREL!!!

Tyler Mark has arrived

Our youngest married daughter now has a family of five with the arrival of Tyler Mark. Grandma Janene was able to be there for the festivities as little Tyler joined Brooke, Steve, Michael and Lily. This actually happened about a month ago, but I have been a real slacker when it comes to blogging. Actually, there has been so much happening that I will be playing catch-up for a month.

Daddy was able to make it home from the film set just in time to be there when Tyler was born. It's pretty interesting how they can schedule these kind of things now. Lily likes having a little brother.

Michael was glad to be with Mommy again after spending a long hard night with Grandma and Grandpa. Mikey missed his daddy and Lily had a little trip to Instacare and required Janene to make a 2:00 AM trip to the pharmacy to buy some medicine. The poor girl (Grandma Janene) had a hard night too!

But all of that was forgotten as soon as we got to meet little Tyler. He is a cute healthy little guy who looks so much like Mikey that it is going to be really hard to tell the baby pictures apart. He has Janene's crooked little fingers and has already started to develop a small umbilical hernia. It looks like he's already trying to follow in his big brother's footsteps.
